What will happen during The Foundry Summer 2012?:
Interns will work alongside pastors, youth and children's directors, technical coordinators, missions coordinators, and other ministry leaders to gain valuable insight into what full-time ministry looks like in the local church and the community around the church.
| Interns will be immersed in all ministry areas to gain an understanding of the local church. Interns will have many opportunities to use their gifts and strengths to serve throughout the 8-week program.
| Interns will receive one-on-one discipleship and will not only grow in experience in ministry but also in spiritual maturity.
| Interns will be under the direct leadership of a Team Leader who will live and work alongside them during the 8-week program. They will also be under the leadership of a Pastor at the church.
|
By the end of the 8-week program, Interns will have had hands-on experiences that many people in seminaries have not yet been a part of.
If you are interested in full-time ministry this is an excellent opportunity to learn what real ministry is all about.
